About the Role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. As the Lead Market Development for AT&T's Wireline Portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in driving market growth and expanding AT&T's wireline services footprint. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and increase market share across targeted segments. This position demands a forward-thinking, results-driven professional with deep expertise in wireline technologies and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive market development strategies that align with AT&T's wireline portfolio goals and business objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new revenue streams and growth areas.
Work closely with sales, product management, marketing, and engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements and enhance portfolio offerings.
Continuously gather and analyze market intelligence to inform product development, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
5+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.

Qualifications

Experience with wireline technologies and market dynamics
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
