About the Role

Join AT&T as a Lead Market Development Manager to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research, strategic alliances, and expansion strategies. This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive market growth, managing partnerships, and collaborating cross-functionally to support innovation and business objectives. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, requiring a minimum of 5 days per week in the office, with no relocation offered. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive short and long-term strategies to drive market growth, penetration, and achieve business objectives, including initiatives for new and existing products, services, and verticals.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of strategic initiatives and programs, including launch and communication plans at the national and market levels, ensuring alignment with market and business needs.
  • Establish, nurture, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances, negotiate engagement terms to enhance market presence, drive revenue, and support mutual goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research and provide detailed data analytics to inform strategic decision-making, optimize market strategies, and improve program effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams to drive results and innovation.
  • Mentor less experienced staff, influence executive decisions, and lead significant projects with strategic autonomy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Experience in market research, partnership management, and program implementation.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

  • Experience in the communications and technology industry.
  • Advanced certifications related to market development or strategic management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
