About the Role

Our Consumer Technology experience team is delivering innovative and reliable technology solutions to power differentiated, simplified customer experiences. As a Lead Marketing Management, you will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives for volume, revenue, profit, customer acquisitions, retention, and satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with product management to identify new marketing opportunities and preparing marketing activity reports. The position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week in the posted location, with no relocation offered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promotes customer awareness and field sales effectiveness through marketing communication projects and consults with product management to assess program impact.
  • Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
  • Forecasts future marketing needs by applying advanced marketing principles, theories, and concepts to create and design strategic responses for various marketing projects.
  • Manages assigned long-range projects requiring diverse marketing theories and techniques.
  • May require considerable working knowledge of other major areas and the skill to integrate and communicate that information.
  • Considered an expert within the discipline.

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree.
  • Requires 6+ years of experience in a similar area of responsibility.
  • Strategic thinker with strong presentation skills, including presenting to executive leadership.
  • Competencies include Business Markets, Competitive Environment, Consultative Selling, Customer-Analytic, Knowledge of product line, Marketing Function, Marketing Strategy & Positioning, Marketing Channels, Knowledge of Sales Channels, Sales Forecasting, Marketing Systems.

  • Educational background includes a bachelor's degree.
