About the Role

The Lead Marketing Manager, Campaign Management at AT&T is responsible for supporting the marketing organization and campaign management process, enabling AT&T's way of marketing through cross-functional management of critical go-to-market campaigns, and driving strategic alignment and efficiency across the company's portfolio. This role requires a strategic, data-driven marketing expert with experience in campaign management, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration, working in a fast-paced environment to ensure successful campaign execution and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the intricacies of complex marketing campaigns from genesis/pre-planning through launch and optimization.
  • Utilize working knowledge of Adobe Workfront or similar workflow management tool.
  • Ensure every marketing execution is optimized at launch and continue to find efficiencies while it remains in market.
  • Cross-analyze multiple layers of planning from strategic annual planning to channel and messaging-specific plans.
  • Support marketing stakeholders to reach goals, mitigate risk, and remove roadblocks, documenting all key information for process improvement.
  • Drive rigor around AT&T's way of working for planned and in-year programs and seek efficiencies.
  • Ensure clear communication of timelines at working and executive levels to facilitate timely decision-making.
  • Conduct retrospectives and working sessions with leadership to improve campaign processes.

Requirements

  • Background in holistic marketing across multiple brands at large companies; direct marketing and B2B experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing multi-faceted go-to-market campaign processes requiring organizational skills, strategic oversight, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments, creating structure and process from scratch.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, accountable, and operationally focused with a strategic perspective.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Workfront or similar workflow management tools.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office.
  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or Master’s degree.
  • Experience with Bynder or other Digital Asset Management tools.
  • Creative or Media Agency experience.
