The Marketing & Growth Organization is AT&T's marketing engine, responsible for driving sustainable growth through understanding and championing customers, creating compelling products, services, and experiences, and building a culturally relevant and beloved brand. The role involves managing marketing operations, embedding best practices, and leading initiatives to optimize marketing processes and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage adoption of Marketing & Growth Organization playbooks and guidelines across the company.
  • Operationalize marketing programs and embed core tenets of the Marketing Charter through scaled efforts.
  • Lead Workfront enablement, streamline marketing operations using Workfront, and develop marketing operations reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure effective utilization of new solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within the marketing team and partners.
  • Develop and document detailed business requirements and process flows for marketing operations.
  • Lead the implementation of new processes and procedures within Workfront, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
  • Support marketing functions with actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
  • Create governance, standards, and promote adoption of marketing efficiency analytics and operational excellence.
  • Work with data analysts to implement and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports.
  • Oversee data integration from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate feedback for ongoing improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on progress and impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data management within a marketing environment.
  • Experience driving process improvements through data across multiple marketing functions.
  • Strong understanding of next-generation marketing trends and MRM solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience with MRM and data visualization tools.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer and/or business-facing marketing organizations.
  • 5+ years of experience managing marketing operations at large organizations.
  • Experience in driving performance improvement through process and skills optimization.
  • Operational experience in managing processes related to the marketing value chain and ongoing process optimization.
  • Strong facilitation skills for stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience developing processes to track and manage KPIs.

  • Experience in managing marketing processes and operational governance.

  • Experience with change management and process implementation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in data management and marketing operations.
  • Proficiency with MRM and data visualization tools.
