About the Role

Infosys is seeking a Lead .Net Developer with React experience. This position's primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and coordinate for day to day deliverables for the team. The chosen candidate will assist in the technical design of large business systems; build applications, interfaces between applications, understand data security, retention, and recovery. The role holder should be able to research on technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions and contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards; contribute to success criteria from design through deployment, including reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability, and scalability; and guide/mentor the team during the build and test phases.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and coordinate daily deliverables for the team.
Assist in the technical design of large business systems.
Build applications and interfaces between applications.
Understand data security, retention, and recovery processes.
Research technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions.
Contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards.
Contribute to success criteria from design through deployment, including reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability, and scalability.
Guide and mentor the team during the build and test phases.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
Experience in .NET MVC, C#, ASP.NET, Angular, React, MS SQL Server 2016+.
Experience in Agile/Scrum and DevOps CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
Experience with tools such as VS2015+.

Nice to Have

At least 5 years of experience in NET MVC, C#, ASP.NET, Angular, React, MS SQL Server 2016+, DevOps CI/CD.
At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle.
At least 5 years of experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
At least 2 years of experience in design and architecture review.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environments.
Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Qualifications
