Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor media/advertising campaign performance including campaign structure, media selection, and creative performance.
  • Leverage findings and reporting to optimize media campaigns.
  • Develop and implement analytical frameworks to evaluate paid media campaign performance across multiple channels.
  • Lead the measurement of KPIs, conversion tracking, and attribution models to assess campaign success.
  • Collaborate with media agencies to provide insights that inform campaign strategy, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Liaise with other marketing analysts to understand interdependencies and overall impact of initiatives.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, and platform-specific dashboards to create comprehensive reports.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas of underperformance.
  • Serve as technical lead in media tagging, tracking, creative, and data feeds.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation efforts to improve creative, audience targeting, and bid strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new features, and best practices in paid media and analytics tools.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media analytics, digital marketing analytics, or media planning.
  • Strong proficiency with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and programmatic platforms.
  • Expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Solid understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and multi-channel attribution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations and strategic discussions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with dynamic data feeds and media tagging and tracking.
  • Experience supporting A/B testing and experimentation efforts.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, new features, and best practices in paid media and analytics tools.

Qualifications
