Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM). The Lead Product Manager role involves driving innovation in AI-powered solutions, influencing vision, strategy, and roadmap for Docusign's agreement repository, and working cross-functionally to deliver new features and expand use cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strategy and roadmap that supports the goals of Docusign Navigator and Intelligent Agreement Management.
  • Collect customer feedback and partner with Research team to identify and validate customer problems around managing agreements.
  • Define and effectively communicate product goals and requirements, and work cross-functionally with Design and Engineering to implement solutions.
  • Analyze cost/benefit tradeoffs and facilitate discussions to reach partner consensus.
  • Define critical metrics, implement tracking mechanisms, and measure feature success post-launch.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams on go-to-market plans for a successful feature launch.
  • Present product strategy to teams and executive leaders to get feedback and agreement.
  • Influence effectively without authority in and outside of the Product team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related work experience.
  • Experience with contract law, legal operations, or legal technology.
  • Experience with and thorough understanding of contract structures and methods for organizing them.
  • Experience directly engaging with and/or managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, from creation and negotiation to execution and analysis.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support.

Nice to Have

  • J.D. or equivalent legal degree.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to align strategy, customer need, research, data and industry trends.
  • Excellent written communication skills including authoring effective product requirement documents.
  • Excellent communicator able to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences to create shared understanding, resolve conflict, and obtain actionable consensus.
  • Experience reviewing business and performance insights to make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • Educational background with a preference for J.D. or equivalent legal degree.

Benefits & Perks

  • Pay ranges in Washington, New Jersey, and New York: $170,900.00 - $251,325.00 base salary.
  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay; non-sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan.
  • Stock: Eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
