Lead, Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Apply broad industry expertise and evaluate the market and customer requirements to define product strategies and identify product and service opportunities to expand product offering.
• Drive product revenue and profitability by assessing and understanding customer needs, developing business cases, providing customer perspective to internal teams, developing and aligning product roadmaps, and executing new product launches.
• Provide end-to-end leadership of new and existing products from inception through all phases of the products' lifecycle, including creating business cases for sound decision making.
• Play a critical role in building and contributing to New Product Development and New Product Introduction strategies and execution, following stage-gate processes and Product Management Committee Governance.
• Engage and drive a diverse team including scientists, engineers, sales, quality, and operations personnel.
• Utilize pricing models and projections to monitor and understand the internal manufacturing environment, making decisions to ensure competitive pricing, protect market position, and support gross margin goals.
• Analyze purchasing trends, forecast customer needs, and provide input to establish planned inventory levels across various locations.
• Collaborate with other Wet Etch and Clean functions to deliver product portfolio revenue and margin targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a technical discipline such as chemistry, biology, material sciences or engineering.
• A minimum of five years of progressive product management experience driving NPI teams with experience impacting P&L.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate clearly and influence others.
• High level of financial acumen and a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, tools, and market trends.
• Self-starter who is curious, agile, creative, and able to work across geographic and cultural boundaries.
• Ability to manage conflict constructively and align cross-functional teams to make and act on decisions that enhance portfolio and business value.
• Experience managing the entire product lifecycle, from creation to go-to-market strategies and sustaining investments.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes, water purification/chemistry manufacturers (OEMs or IDMs), or liquid filtration and contamination control products is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
