Lead Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Help execute the company's tech strategy through 0-to-1 product conceptualization, rigorous research, experimentation, and iterative development of new products.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Medical/R&D, Biometrics, Clinical Program Management, and Clinical Operations teams to identify solutions to their unique challenges.
• Innovate in areas with little established precedent, viewing it as an opportunity to develop new solutions.
• Influence process improvements, develop non-technical solutions, and determine when to license third-party software to solve problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including building new and/or experimental products.
• Deep intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly.
• Interest in adjacent processes, teams, and achieving company objectives beyond just product development.
• Following the rapid evolution of LLMs and AI solutions, with thoughts on their impact on product development.
• Ability to work effectively with uncertainty and ambiguity, testing hypotheses quickly, prioritizing, and executing action plans.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and shipping successful products from inception to launch.
• Experience developing solutions for internal stakeholders or a strong desire to do so.
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience or a deep interest in the space.

• Willingness to relocate or reside in New York City, Boston, Research Triangle (NC), or San Francisco Bay Area.
