Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of large-scale IT projects (software, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.)
Develop project scopes, detailed work plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project delivery
Coordinate geographically dispersed project teams for data integrations, system consolidations, software development, business onboarding projects and other tasks
Identify and mitigate risks, manage changes, and resolve issues
Recommend IT strategies, policies and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes; identify problems, assess trends and anticipate requirements
Forecast requirements to accomplish financial objectives; prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures and research variances
Foster collaboration across departments and manage stakeholder communication
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
5 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead capacity
Experience with testing the quality of data produced by project teams, researching data and effectively explaining results to business analysts
Extensive breadth of experience delivering complex projects within budget and scope
Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
5+ years of experience as an IT project manager
PMP, CSM, NRF Retail or Supply Chain certifications
Ability to work independently, solving complex problems in an ambiguous environment
Solid business acumen and understanding of business drivers and issues surrounding a project
Superior interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; solid risk management skills
Ability to negotiate and build consensus with various groups

Qualifications
