Leadership Program - Sales, Marketing, CX (Remote)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational program across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience (CX) functions, working on projects alongside experienced colleagues.
• Engage in foundational experiences and structured training to develop essential knowledge in relevant areas.
• Build relationships and increase exposure through intentional connectivity outlets and inclusivity initiatives.
• Collaborate with peers to learn about various business processes and initiatives.
• Share rotational learnings and performance reviews during leadership report-out meetings.
• Work on projects related to brand and product marketing, channel marketing, CX order, technical and warranty support, CX project management, regional field sales, and sales channel effectiveness, depending on rotation.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills are required.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Availability to travel up to 20% based on business needs is required.
• Less than two years of related work experience is highly preferred.
• Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes is highly preferred.
• Team-oriented with a drive to take initiative is highly preferred.
