The Leadership Program - Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience (CX) at Acuity Inc. is a two-year rotational experience designed to develop high-potential early career talent into impactful professionals through hands-on experience across various functional areas. Participants rotate every six months to build business acumen and skill proficiency, with the goal of understanding how they fit into the larger company strategy and developing into future leaders at Acuity Brands. The program includes specialized onboarding, mentorship, social and networking events, collaborative projects, and leadership report-outs. The role is remote, based in the United States, with travel as needed.
