About the Role

The Lifecycle Campaign Manager is responsible for managing the coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Papa Johns owned channels, including email, SMS, and mobile app platforms. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to optimize communication channels, ensure a consistent customer experience, and contribute to strategic development of loyalty and non-loyalty marketing efforts to increase customer engagement and meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage cross-channel marketing calendar, provide consistent tracking, status updates and keep documentation up to date.
  • Work across the Loyalty & CRM team and within the company to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and voice messaging (PapaCall).
  • Create campaign briefs, share them across the organization and with agencies, and ensure all campaign details are finalized and redistributed until launch.
  • Outline campaign creative details, offer specifics, audience selection, and channel needs in campaign briefs.
  • Ensure each campaign has proper controls for measurement and analysis; present results and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Use marketing automation and email/SMS/push nurturing to engage and convert prospects and customers throughout the buyer journey.
  • Build and validate campaign audiences, analyze strategic opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, and apply an experimentation mindset to test, learn, and optimize campaigns.

Requirements

  • BA/BS/BBA in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field of study preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience executing and managing data-driven, integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with B2C eCommerce is desired.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
  • Experience with Braze is a plus.
  • Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience is desired.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Analytical skills to generate insights from data.
  • Planning and prioritization skills for campaign calendar management.
  • Database management skills for audience selection and validation.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage details.
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive troubleshooting ability.
  • Ability to continuously improve processes.

  • Experience with Braze.
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence.
  • Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
