Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee email marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve marketing strategies and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Manage and refine B2B marketing operations, supporting growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to manage the lead lifecycle, improve funnel tracking, and understand risks and dependencies for strategic changes.
  • Measure the success of campaigns in collaboration with the Analytics team.
  • Work with marketing partners on program conceptualization, execution, and success measurement.
  • Identify opportunities to increase conversion across the lead generation and sales funnel, including website A/B testing and lead routing optimization.
  • Establish and improve scalable marketing processes for campaign and lead management.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements of processes and the MarTech stack.
  • Own lifecycle marketing strategy and execution.
  • Manage HubSpot and Salesforce campaign structure, creation, and management.
  • Manage HubSpot landing pages, workflows, and Q/A processes.
  • Oversee and manage the inbound lead queue and coordinate with sales for timely lead distribution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on technology, fintech, or marketplace apps.
  • Experience building and implementing marketing and go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS technology companies.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Proficiency in web and A/B testing tools like A/B Tasty or VWO.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a hybrid work environment with flexibility for in-office attendance.
  • Experience managing lifecycle marketing strategies and B2B marketing operations.
