Shake Shack
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing Shake Shack's omni-channel marketing initiatives on the Digital Marketing team to help engage, retain and build loyalty with our guests. This person will be responsible for executing guest segmentation and campaign setup across email, push, app, and new digital channels, supporting efforts in acquisition and retention channels. The role requires a highly organized, guest-centric individual who works well with multiple stakeholders and strives for operational excellence.
