Job Description

About the Role

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people's lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies focused on converting free and trial customers, enhancing customer engagement, and driving customer lifetime value

  • Develop and execute email and in-product messaging campaigns that drive user adoption, engagement, and conversion
  • Collaborate with analytics to refine segmentation for promotions programs and develop experimentation plan to test different segmentation approaches
  • Provide strategic input during planning sessions, shape initiatives, and work effectively with marketing, product, and regional teams to achieve shared objectives
  • Design and execute A/B tests across email, in-product, and other channels
  • Support the experimentation roadmap for digital experiences and document learnings to inform future conversion strategies
  • Track key metrics, build requirements for new dashboards, and conduct cohort analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and identify patterns that drive engagement and conversions
  • Contribute to quarterly conversion OKRs and testing roadmaps, ensure accountability for results, and partner with analysts and data scientists to deliver stakeholder recommendations that connect insights to business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or product growth roles
  • Experience with acquisition and retention marketing, including lead generation, customer acquisition, customer retention, and customer lifetime value
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in A/B testing and experimentation with a history of arriving at conclusive results

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment and/or ecommerce
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret customer engagement and conversion data, extract actionable insights, and apply both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to inform marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with integrated multi-channel marketing approaches (email, digital, in-product), conversion marketing best practices, and SaaS industry trends
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, work with loosely defined requirements, and collaborate effectively across teams and functions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation capabilities for translating complex data analysis into clear recommendations and insights for stakeholders at various levels
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (AiQ, Iterable), and advanced spreadsheet modeling capabilities including complex formulas and pivot tables
  • Self sufficiency with data analysis using Tableau and/or SQL
