LinkedIn Strategist (Remote US)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts.
• Serve as direct support to client contacts.
• Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, work quality, and improvements.
• Build strategies for clients each quarter.
• Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
• Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
• Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM.
• Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships and professional network.
• Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI.
• Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with organization and prioritization.
• Communicate results and strategies effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Build client trust and relationships to create renewals and cross-sell services.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency, preferably with B2B clients.
• Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads.
• Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more.
• Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.
• Strong knowledge of paid principles including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or similar.
• Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
• Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and operate necessary hardware and software.

Nice to Have

• Bonus for experience in B2B marketing.
• Experience with programmatic campaigns.
• Experience with tools like Zoominfo, 6Sense, and similar analytics platforms.
• Travel willingness for client visits approximately once per year.

Qualifications

• Established work authorization in the US or relevant country if outside the US.
• Ability to operate a laptop and necessary productivity tools.
• Professional background suitable for remote work environment.
