About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing/media performance; provide actionable recommendations; support ad hoc analysis.
• Implement optimization strategies based on media mix model outputs and experimentation.
• Create and maintain dashboards for internal teams and external agencies.
• Support experimentation and testing to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Work with internal marketing, data engineering, and external agencies.
• Collaborate with data engineering to enhance marketing data pipelines and ensure integrity.
• Translate agency reports into internal insights; ensure consistent interpretation of performance data.
• Implement incrementality testing roadmap with agencies; lead optimization discussions with partners.
• Integrate agency data into business-specific reporting frameworks.
• Manage incrementality testing with agency partners.
• Serve as primary liaison for all analytics-related communications with agencies.
• Improve governance and consistency in data handling with agencies.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing/media performance analysis and providing actionable insights.
• Knowledge of media mix optimization and experimentation/testing processes.
• Ability to create and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Experience working with data pipelines and ensuring data integrity.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially with agencies and internal teams.
• Ability to translate agency reports into internal insights and manage testing roadmaps.
