The role involves partnering with the U.S SME Field Sales organization to drive strategic initiatives, optimize channel integration, and provide analytical insights to support sustainable profitable growth within the Global Commercial Services (GCS) division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on strategic thought leadership, including managing Sales teams portfolio strategy, goal setting methodology, incentive strategy, rules of engagement (ROE), and assessing effectiveness against business objectives.
  • Lead multiple and sophisticated work streams, working across departmental boundaries to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Drive alignment among stakeholders and key partners through effective communication and writing compelling messages for various audiences and levels within the organization.
  • Build strong relationships with US SME Field Sales teams to understand business objectives and challenges, becoming a trusted partner.
  • Apply analytical thinking to diagnose business needs, establish hypotheses, and develop solutions using data manipulation and financial modeling techniques with tools like Excel and SQL.
  • Develop concrete insights backed by data and analytics to identify opportunities for business performance improvement.
  • Address ambiguous challenges with a results-driven approach, demonstrating accountability and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Challenge the status quo, innovate, and maintain strong curiosity to find new ways to serve customers.

Requirements

  • Self-starter who thrives in an evolving, dynamic environment and is keen to solve ambiguous or open-ended business challenges.
  • Ability to adopt a broad perspective and link business strategies to specific initiatives, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactively anticipate customer needs and deliver on promises, with excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
  • Ability to extract and organize complex datasets, address performance issues, and manipulate both structured and unstructured data.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel pivots and macros, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, quantitative analysis, or related fields.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and other analytical tools.
  • Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline.
