Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic professional to help drive the vision, structure, and performance of our Campaign Operations function — balancing high-level planning with scalable execution to support marketing growth and impact. As Manager, Campaign Operations, you will drive the orchestration, optimization, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels — ensuring operational excellence, data-driven targeting, and flawless execution that fuels pipeline growth. This role will report to the Director, Marketing Operations, a critical part of our connected GTM Operations team. You'll bring a track record of proven success, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign goals, audience strategy, and GTM priorities.
  • Oversee marketing automation workflows, including nurture streams, webinar/event follow-up, and campaign triggers using HubSpot and integrated tools.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Business Development and Ops to ensure proper segmentation, lead flow, scoring, and targeting logic.
  • Create and enforce standards for QA, email deliverability, compliance (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), and data hygiene for personalization.
  • Run structured A/B and multivariate tests to inform performance improvements across email, landing pages, and offers.
  • Collaborate with Platform Operations on tool integrations, lead routing enhancements, and personalization efforts across the funnel.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for marketing campaign enablement, advising stakeholders on operational feasibility and execution timelines.
  • Track campaign performance; support consistent UTM structure, tagging, analytics QA, and attribution readiness.
  • Build and maintain standardized documentation and campaign playbooks to drive repeatability and operational scale.
  • Contribute to overall marketing operations planning, OKRs, and process improvements aligned with revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in campaign operations, marketing automation, or marketing ops roles.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or Marketo), Salesforce, 6sense, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, funnel metrics, and campaign attribution.
  • Experience with email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in segmentation and deliverability.
  • Comfort with data and analytics; ability to partner with Marketing Analytics to analyze and interpret campaign performance.
  • Exposure to AI-driven orchestration or predictive scoring models.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Suite skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a results-driven environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven orchestration or predictive scoring models.

Qualifications

  • Educational background or certifications are not explicitly specified, but a minimum of 6+ years experience in relevant roles is required.

Benefits & Perks

  • Healthcare: 90-100% paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision plans for employee and dependents + on demand health care concierge.
  • HSA, FSA, & DCFSA: Pre-tax savings plans for healthcare and dependent care, with up to a $600 annual employer contribution to the HSA plan (if enrolled in HSA medical plan).
  • 100% paid short and long term disability plus life + AD&D benefits.
  • Learning & Development: $500 annually towards professional development opportunities + $250 annually towards personal development opportunities.
  • Flexible Time Off: Flexible vacation policy.
  • 16 Weeks Paid Parental Leave: An inclusive policy to ensure time with newborn, adopted, or foster child (after six months of employment).
  • Work Remotely: Flexible hours and work from home + $1,000 annually for home office needs.
  • 401K: Competitive salary, benefits, and stock options, typically in the form of RSUs, with salary ranges based on geographic location.
