The Manager Client Analytics role involves partnering with internal teams to develop cross-media measurement strategies, supporting modeling and technology offerings, and overseeing day-to-day operations within the Beauty & Wellbeing business unit for a large CPG.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper data quality and compilation across the portfolio for modeling solutions and daily reporting needs.
  • Support insight and action build for optimization on a weekly/monthly basis, including micro and macro KPIs like purchase intent rate, ROI, and site side analytics.
  • Proficient with primary buying and ad-serving tools such as Prisma, Flashtalking (Innovid).
  • Support design and management of research projects with clients (Kantar, Cint, Upwave, 1P AV partner studies).
  • Support evaluation of vendors, technologies, and new advertising opportunities with subject matter expert leads (cross-screen measurement, audio measurement, incrementality testing).
  • Maintain knowledge of proprietary Choreograph tools and systems focused on data governance, reporting, and modeling.
  • Support data science requests alongside the modeling team and contribute to the strategic vision of clients.
  • Manage relationships with mid-level clients.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining learning agendas and measurement frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, or Sciences preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience as a data analyst or in business intelligence.
  • Experience in the CPG space is preferred, especially within the Beauty sector, but not required.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication abilities.
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as DOMO, PowerBI, Tableau.
  • Experience with web analytics like Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with ad servers and DSPs including Flashtalking (Innovid), GCM, Trade Desk, Amazon DSP.
  • Experience with research/lift studies such as Kantar, Cint, Upwave, Circana, and 1P conversion lift studies.
  • Familiarity with SQL is preferred; R and Python are a plus.
