We are looking for an outstanding Manager — someone who can win the hearts of clients, inspire junior staff, and skillfully juggle multiple pieces of business. This role is ideal for a digital media professional with Amazon-specific experience, to actively drive performance for a major brand and make a real difference in clients' business and our own.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the strategic components within an integrated Shopper Marketing campaign.
  • Lead a team of Sr Analysts and Analysts within the Digitas Search and Prevision capability team to establish performance metrics, report results, and foster client and vendor relationships.
  • Identify optimizations, support the build of client decks, and attend client meetings as the face of digital media plans.
  • Serve as a primary contact for day-to-day clients.
  • Develop search and display strategies and analyses for clients, including keyword recommendation, day-parting, and scheduling strategies.
  • Oversee daily search campaign monitoring, optimization, reporting, and testing.
  • Establish and drive paid shopper marketing best practices across tactics and activations.
  • Maintain quality assurance and accountability for campaign delivery and execution.
  • Write and deliver media strategies and oversee their translation into final media recommendations.
  • Ensure media deliverables meet client goals and objectives.
  • Lead retailer and vendor RFPs, focusing on audience targeting and best practices.
  • Oversee performance forecasts, budget allocations, and provide data-based rationale for recommendations.
  • Prioritize teamwork and delegate responsibilities.
  • Provide creative solutions to client challenges.
  • Lead client-facing recaps and understand the big picture implications of insights.
  • Explain attribution models across retail search partners.
  • Foster relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures for campaign implementations.
  • Communicate our value proposition, technology, and processes to support account growth.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and best practice development.
  • Support capability development across the agency and contribute to the Commerce Center of Excellence.

Requirements

  • A four-year degree and 5 to 7 years of digital media experience.
  • 4+ years of SEM/e-Commerce/Shopper Marketing experience.
  • Prior experience managing direct report(s) preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with the digital environment and media planning/buying process.
  • Experience with multi-channel media and platforms such as Criteo, Target, Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, etc.
  • Keen attention to detail and an analytical approach.
  • Strong understanding of media research tools (e.g., Edge, Gradient, PriceSpider, Content Analytics, Stackline, Feedvisor).
  • Experience with campaign automation tools (e.g., Skai/Kenshoo, Pacvue).
  • Solid quantitative and research skills with proven data interpretation capability.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent client presence and leadership in discussions.
  • Ability to translate client objectives into search and media strategies.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, poised and precise.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with campaign automation tools such as Skai (Kenshoo) and Pacvue.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools for ideation, research, or content generation.

Qualifications

  • A four-year degree.
  • 5 to 7 years of digital media experience.
  • 4+ years of SEM/e-Commerce/Shopper Marketing experience.
  • Experience managing direct reports (preferred).
  • Strong familiarity with media planning and buying processes.
  • Experience with multi-channel platforms and tools listed above.
