About the Role

The Global Program Manager, Customer Lifecycle Marketing at Qlik is responsible for executing high-converting marketing programs and campaigns based on customer data. The role aims to scale the business through upselling, cross-selling, customer retention, and increasing customer lifetime value by promoting products, services, and initiatives such as Move to Cloud. This position involves cross collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to define and optimize customer journeys across multiple channels, including webinars, email, social media, and web notifications. The role is based in King of Prussia, PA, and contributes to Qlik's mission of transforming complex data landscapes into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the initiation, strategy, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns.
  • Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to develop themes, determine campaign architecture, and tactical mix.
  • Identify and set goals and objectives for customer lifecycle initiatives.
  • Identify core bill of materials based on campaign needs.
  • Complete content audits and content mapping, framing out tactic timelines and matching content with tactics.
  • Design, build, and orchestrate user journeys with a multi-channel approach including webinars, email, community platforms, social media, notifications, and paid media.
  • Develop a lifecycle communication strategy including outreach programs like Qlik Digest, Qlik Insider, Do More with Qlik, and Roadmap webinars.
  • Track and analyze each stage of the customer lifecycle, assigning metrics to ensure success.
  • Identify new opportunities, test, and analyze variations within customer journeys to optimize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with teams to define the ideal customer experience and promote product adoption, upsell, cross-sell, and renewal activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of customer lifecycle marketing experience.
  • Proven success owning customer lifecycle marketing functions at a prior organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Proven skills in commissioning relevant, engaging content.
  • Technical proficiency to understand product features and functionality.
  • Ability to plan, influence, and execute in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Ability to react and adapt to changes in business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing is a plus.
