Key Responsibilities

  • Implement lifecycle campaigns for merchant launches, promotions, and regional initiatives that boost consumer engagement through email, push notifications, in-app placements, and SMS.
  • Plan and manage campaign builds and QA processes across all core lifecycle channels: email, push, SMS, and in-app surfaces.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and RGTM collaborators to build content briefs, campaign timelines, and launch strategies.
  • Report on campaign performance, with recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in outlining standard methodologies and identifying repeatable campaign templates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing or campaign execution, ideally in a consumer-facing business.
  • Experience working in CRM tools and with creative/technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in user behavior and campaign performance optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Data-first decision maker with a test-and-learn attitude, outstanding analytical and critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to interpret data into practical insights and achieve business results.
  • A collaborative approach with a proven ability to build strong, impactful partnerships across diverse teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools such as Iterable, Email on Acid, Jira, Snowflake, Segment, Neustar/TransUnion Data Clean Rooms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
