• Identify and implement process, data, and reporting improvements for the organization
• Work with large and complex databases containing millions to billions of records

• Conduct analysis to evaluate processes and tests
• Extract and analyze data to gauge product offerings
• Consult on the design and implementation of new production and data storage systems
• Develop and implement strategic tests of products, initiatives, and marketing materials

Requirements

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field) plus at least 6 years of data analytics experience, or a Master's Degree plus at least 4 years of data analytics experience
• At least 4 years of professional data analysis work experience
• At least 4 years of programming experience
• Strong problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Nice to Have

• Master's Degree
• At least 7 years of professional data analysis work experience
• At least 1 year of experience in people management
• At least 1 year of project management experience
• At least 1 year of experience with Python, R, Spark or SQL
• At least 1 year of experience in Tableau
• Proficient utilizing and developing within AWS service
• Background in Business Intelligence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field
• Experience performing data analytics
• Programming experience in Python, R, Spark, or SQL
• Experience with Tableau and AWS services (preferred)
