About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead - Analytics and AI to oversee and support our Reporting and AI Analytics group. This individual will work closely with subject matter experts to develop an Enterprise Reporting Dashboard using Power BI and SharePoint while leveraging Azure AI solutions to enhance enterprise analytics and automation capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI dashboard development, Power Automate, Data Science, and Cloud AI solutions, specifically within Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day oversight and support for the Reporting and AI Analytics group.
Develop and maintain an Enterprise Reporting Dashboard using Power BI and SharePoint for internal and external stakeholders.
Utilize Power Automate to enhance reporting automation and improve data accessibility.
Design and implement DataLake solutions (preferably using Azure DataBricks) to support data science initiatives.
Develop Enterprise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reporting and data governance.
Lead the deployment of Azure AI solutions, including CoPilot Studio for enterprise ChatBot development and Azure Vision for creating large-language voice models.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.
Provide guidance and best practices for dashboard design, reporting, and AI-driven analytics.
Ensure security and compliance standards are met for data handling and reporting.

Requirements

Strong experience with Power BI Dashboard development and Power Automate for report automation.
In-depth knowledge of Data Science principles and DataLake architecture (Azure DataBricks preferred).
Hands-on experience with Cloud AI solutions, particularly within Azure, including CoPilot Studio and Azure Vision.
Expertise in developing Enterprise SOPs for reporting and data governance.
Proven experience in enterprise dashboard development using Power BI and SharePoint.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative AI-driven solutions.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive reporting and analytics initiatives.

Nice to Have

Experience with Azure DataBricks for large-scale data management.
Prior experience in leading AI and analytics projects in an enterprise environment.
Familiarity with machine learning models and AI-driven analytics.
