  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with enterprise partners to leverage domain expertise, integrate capabilities, and identify new data solutions.
  • Drive change management efforts, navigating business resistance and guiding teams through transformation.
  • Facilitate conversations with business stakeholders and data engineers to identify opportunities where data engineering and architecture can solve business challenges.
  • Mentor and coach team members to support professional growth and technical skill development.
  • Serve as a technical expert in selecting and applying data engineering methods, tools, and technologies.
  • Prepare and deliver clear communications and presentations, translating complex technical topics for senior leadership and non-technical audiences.
  • Provide guidance in diagnosing and resolving complex data engineering issues to ensure solutions are reliable, high-quality, and scalable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8+ years of work experience in a data related role.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience leading end-to-end data engineering and architecture projects, including data modeling and storage design.
  • Experience in SQL, Python, and/or Spark, with the ability to optimize data workflows, pipelines, and algorithms.
  • Experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development and data architecture, including data lake and data warehouse environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Experience with Power BI and integrating data into dashboards and analytics solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Certifications in Azure.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $129,600.00 - $220,400.00 plus bonus eligibility.
