About the Role

The Manager, Digital - Creative Assets is responsible for managing creative assets between the client and the team, supporting creative trafficking, and overseeing creative management within a fast-growing, innovative department focused on revolutionizing digital media planning and buying. The role involves exposure to media planning and programmatic platforms, working in a multi-channel data-driven environment, and reporting to the Digital Media Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creative strategy, execution, performance, and reporting of media campaigns across all buying platforms
  • Be the primary client contact for creative assets, responsible for building client-facing materials, presenting, and following through
  • Serve as the creative asset expert for campaign performance and optimization, providing insights into strategies and tactics to meet client goals
  • Build training materials and best practice documentation
  • Oversee the work of multiple specialists, train technical knowledge, and manage workflow
  • Coordinate assets and tags with vendors and ensure campaigns meet KPIs
  • Manage media budgets, invoices, and oversee campaign pacing across digital media portfolios
  • Collaborate with cross-channel leaders in Search, Technology, Identity Management, Tracking, Analytics, and Measurement for seamless execution and innovative strategies
  • Report to the Digital Media Director

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creative management and/or digital media buying and planning, with a focus on programmatic strategy, execution, and People Based Marketing
  • Experience with in-platform execution in DSP platforms such as DV360, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP
  • Passion for media and supporting technologies like ad serving, audience management tools, inventory applications, and third-party ad tags
  • Experience with multiple media buying strategies including self-service, managed buyer, and partner negotiations
  • Interest in data analytics and its impact on campaign performance
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Professional client communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Enthusiasm for the future of brand advertising on the web
