About the Role

The Manager, Digital Guest Experience at Popeyes is responsible for the strategic ownership and operational execution of in-restaurant digital guest-facing solutions, including self-order kiosks, digital menu systems, and lobby video walls. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Guest Experience, this role involves defining the vision and roadmap for digital solutions, ensuring seamless integration into restaurant operations, and delivering measurable business value. The position is based in Miami, FL, and requires collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders to enhance the guest experience through innovative digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term strategy and roadmap for in-restaurant digital guest experiences that align with brand goals and customer needs.
  • Leverage guest feedback, sales data, traffic metrics, and operational performance to build business cases and optimize digital solutions.
  • Pitch new digital initiatives to internal stakeholders and franchisees, managing the deployment process from pilot to full-scale rollout.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, Restaurant Design, and Operations to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
  • Manage franchisee engagement and external vendors to support digital hardware and services, ensuring timelines and standards are met.
  • Directly manage the Senior Analyst, Guest Experience, providing coaching and oversight.
  • Establish KPIs and use real-time data to monitor adoption, performance, and guest experience metrics, driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop scalable processes, toolkits, and training materials to support deployment and support of digital solutions across the system.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product or project management, strategy consulting, or analytics, ideally within QSR, retail, or hospitality.
  • Proven success using data and analytics to define, measure, and improve product performance.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale deployments in both corporate and franchisee environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly accountable for driving outcomes beyond role scope and responsibilities.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on leadership experience with direct reports, including managing and mentoring a single direct report.
  • Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau is preferred.
