About the Role

Kellanova is looking for a Manager Digital Marketing and Technology for the Away From Home (AFH) Business Unit. This person will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our AFH marketing technology operations, with a particular focus on HubSpot and Adobe Experience Manager. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing technologies and a passion for driving efficiency and effectiveness in marketing processes. This is a hybrid role that can be located in Naperville, IL, Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI. Estimated travel is 10%. As a part of the Away From Home Marketing Team, you will shape our success in the Food Service and Small Format channels. This business services 20+ segments in a highly complex route-to-market. Your B2B marketing automation experience coupled with a brand-building DNA plays a critical role in our journey to be the world's best snacks-led powerhouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of marketing platforms like HubSpot and Adobe Experience Manager, including setup, testing, scheduling, monitoring, platform integrations, troubleshooting, and collaborating with developers.
  • Lead performance initiatives by running A/B and multivariate tests, analyzing results to optimize performance, and developing automation strategies with segmentation, personalization, and AI tools.
  • Maintain clean and standardized data fields, integrate data systems, and refine performance dashboards to drive continuous improvement.
  • Create and manage project timelines to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process and platform improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, IT, and strategy teams to align technologies with business goals.
  • Share insights and stay current on marketing tech trends, incorporating competitive learnings to inform strategy and execution.
  • Provide training and support on HubSpot and Adobe Experience Manager to enhance team capabilities and ensure high-quality execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing operations, CRM, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, marketing automation, and CMS tools (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub and Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Expertise in using web analytics, A/B testing, site personalization, and user journeys to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Adept at working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
  • Experience in hands-on data standardization and cleansing to ensure CRM data integrity, consistency, and usability across complex digital ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects with strong organizational discipline while navigating cross-functional, matrixed environments.
