About the Role

The Manager, Digital Product Management leads a team of product owners responsible for the strategy, development, and optimization of SSFCU's digital channel. The role ensures that digital products align with member needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements, while delivering seamless, accessible, and secure user experiences across the public-facing website, account opening, and digital banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of product owners responsible for digital channel strategy, development, and optimization.
  • Ensure digital products meet member needs, business goals, and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver seamless, accessible, and secure user experiences across various digital platforms.
  • Manage and coordinate digital product initiatives to improve member engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital product roadmaps with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or comparable experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in financial services.
  • 1+ years of experience in a leadership or people management role.
  • Strong understanding of product management best practices.
  • Proven track record of launching and managing successful digital products.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for member-centric design and digital innovation.
  • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft products, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to create an entrepreneurial environment for the Digital Product team and leverage insights and metrics for experience improvements.

Nice to Have

  • Product management certification; Pragmatic Institute certification is a plus.
  • Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  • Familiarity with digital banking and account opening platforms, website management, and third-party fintech integrations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize objectives.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.
