In this role, you will collaborate closely with design and engineering teams across multiple hardware domains to bring innovative products to market. At Meta, we value Technical Program Managers who combine technical expertise with skills to inspire and foster cross-functional relationships. You will champion pragmatic, balanced processes that enable smooth and predictable execution in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Our TPMs are resilient, adaptable, and thrive in ambiguity—approaching challenges with curiosity, confidence, and a commitment to empowering teams at every level.

  • Champion engineering and operational excellence by defining metrics and processes for continuous assessment and improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional process enhancements to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Clearly articulate the technology, requirements, objectives, and milestones across programs and teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Define clear expectations and lead the creation of a collaborative, high-accountability environment in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with hardware development processes and industry-leading best practices.
  • Experience working autonomously across multiple teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Display, Optics, Cameras, and related technologies.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing program frameworks—such as the Product Development Process (PDP), New Technology Introduction (NTI) process, and Product Design Process—to enhance engineering execution, cross-functional alignment, and operational efficiency across the product lifecycle.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering scalable, high-quality consumer hardware products—bridging engineering, supply chain, and operations to enable successful mass production.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
