The role of Manager, E-Commerce involves owning the performance of digital channels, managing paid media and lifecycle marketing programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive traffic, conversion, and repeat purchases in the DTC business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own digital performance across paid and lifecycle channels.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of email, SMS, and paid media programs in partnership with external vendors.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversion, CAC, and LTV; identify and address underperformance.
  • Partner with the Senior Director of Marketing to adjust spend, audience targeting, and content strategy as needed.
  • Manage the creative and campaign workflow across digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with in-house Creative and Brand teams to develop and brief digital content.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of paid assets, email sends, and promotional updates.
  • Coordinate messaging alignment across lifecycle, paid, and product campaigns.
  • Maintain and optimize e-commerce infrastructure, including site merchandising updates, PDP accuracy, and homepage refreshes.
  • Support launches, promotions, and product drops from a site and email/SMS perspective.
  • Identify opportunities for A/B testing or UX improvements in partnership with agencies or developers.
  • Forecast, report, and partner cross-functionally with Finance on sales forecasts and reporting.
  • Maintain visibility into channel ROI and recommend optimizations.
  • Work closely with Merchandising on promotional planning and site readiness.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce or growth marketing at a consumer brand or agency.
  • Strong working knowledge of email/SMS marketing, paid media, and site merchandising.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Klaviyo, Shopify, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Ability to manage agencies and vendors to meet performance goals.
  • Solid analytical skills; able to interpret and present data to inform decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creative eye and familiarity with brand-forward digital execution.
  • Owner's mindset; comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Looker.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and Notion.
  • Experience with creative workflow tools such as Figma.
  • Knowledge of CX stack tools like Loop Returns, Zendesk, and Yext.

Qualifications

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
