Key Responsibilities

Develop deep knowledge of marketing databases and how to leverage it with queries to target audiences appropriately and enable complex personalization.
Strategize and enable new customer journeys based on customer behavior and data on an ongoing basis.
Partner with internal teams -- Loyalty, Marketing Planning, eCommerce, Digital Media, and Merchandising teams -- to execute consistent multi-channel consumer experiences; plan marketing calendars, messaging and content; and write creative briefs.
Partner with Analytics team to develop test strategies to continually improve our marketing program.
Proactively develop and implement strategies and tactics to increase email and mobile opt-in, open rate, click through, conversion and retention, while minimizing opt-out.
Manage email and mobile execution from conception to deployment including campaign building, proofing, deployment, audience targeting, and maintenance of triggered/transactional marketing programs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in email or mobile marketing preferred.
Experience with Attentive or other email service providers a plus.
Multi-tasker who has experience in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment that requires juggling of multiple priorities.
Highly detail oriented.
Experience with relational databases and HTML preferred.
