About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Influencer Marketing to lead and scale Klook's U.S. influencer marketing program ("Kreators"). This role will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of influencer partnerships, a key pillar in Klook's overall marketing direction. Reporting to the Director of Marketing (US), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how creators tell the Klook story, drive bookings, and build brand love. You will lead a small but mighty team (currently three direct reports), while still rolling up your sleeves to negotiate deals, brief creators, and build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Manage a Team: Directly manage 3 reports, coaching them to deliver high-quality content, partnerships, and results. Balance people leadership with hands-on execution.
  • Own Influencer Strategy: Develop and operationalize the U.S. influencer marketing strategy, setting clear objectives, processes, and success metrics.
  • Creator Partnerships: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with creators across long- and short-form channels, ensuring partnerships drive both brand affinity and measurable ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Community & Social, Brand, Campaigns, Partnerships & Affiliates, and Creative teams to align influencer output with broader business goals.
  • Reporting & ROI: Build and maintain dashboards to track influencer performance, true ROI, and key deal metrics (CPV, CPA, sales attribution). Educate internal stakeholders on results and insights.
  • Process & Scale: Introduce scalable ways of working (briefing templates, contracts, tracking systems) that make Kreator marketing efficient and repeatable.
  • Market Representation: Be an advocate for Klook's U.S. influencer program internally and externally; represent Klook at industry and creator events.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of influencer marketing experience, with proven success managing campaigns and long-term partnerships.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, with ability to coach and inspire team members while still executing at a high level.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with creators, agencies, and networks.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to define, measure, and communicate ROI of influencer investments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for managing up and across.
  • Collaborating across functions (brand, paid media, affiliates, creative, product) comes second-nature to you.
  • Passion for travel and curiosity about cultural trends shaping content and creators. Travel industry experience is a plus, but not required.
