Manager - Local Marketing Operations

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute an effective operational process for speed to execution within the local marketing team.
• Cross-functionally collaborate across internal teams to ensure timely launches.
• Communicate key operational updates with the leadership team.
• Understand business performance and ROI for initiatives executed within the organization.
• Lead a local marketing support team including creative execution, co-op programs, and fleet management operations.
• Manage key status updates, escalations, and optimizations to drive team success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience.
• Previous industry experience in prepaid/postpaid wireless industry is a plus.
• Go-To-Market and Project management experience is highly desired.
• MBA preferred.
• Excellent project management skills focused on efficient operational execution.
• Skilled at executing and analyzing performance data.
• Highly skilled at executive communications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with challenging timelines and multiple projects.
• Collaborator who works well with other internal departments.
• Take initiative and suggest process improvements and cost reductions.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Knowledge of Google Suite and Gmail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in prepaid/postpaid wireless industry.
• Experience with Go-To-Market strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Experience with project management and marketing operations.
