Job Description

About the Role

The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for GTM project management, planning and execution, process improvements, and overall workflows. The role involves coordinating and managing digital and non-digital creative projects including graphic design, asset production, copywriting, and development to ensure projects are on track. The Manager will work with cross-functional departments and external teams daily to ensure effective, diligent, and timely workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional marketing initiatives that include timelines and deliverables for brand moments, activation, launches, and events.
  • Support the daily operations and workflow of the in-house studio.
  • Develop and optimize process improvements and cross-channel collaboration to increase lifecycle project timelines and start dates.
  • Oversee overall project management of timelines and project dashboards to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Drive the adoption and development of marketing tools that support and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Lead and implement daily/weekly stand-ups and meetings with key project stakeholders for continuous status check-ins.
  • Communicate project updates and status to all lines of business at critical points.
  • Manage Asana ticket intake for designer and copy assignments related to each project.
  • Co-lead in optimizing custom workflows and best practices within Asana infrastructure.
  • Own international and wholesale asset delivery, Asana management support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in 360 integrated marketing campaign management from strategic alignment to execution.
  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar cloud-based project management systems.
  • Ability to outline project scopes, identify milestones, dependencies, and manage lifecycle workflows.
  • Broad understanding of creative assets, copywriting, digital assets, and brand marketing.
  • Digital asset management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining on-time delivery.
  • Logical and critical thinking skills; resourceful, competent, and strategic planning ability.
  • Organized with effective project compartmentalization.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Knowledgeable in management programs such as Asana.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
