The Marketing Strategy & Planning team drives the formation and planning of marketing strategies to optimize performance, deliver strong ROI, and achieve company objectives. The Manager, Marketing Strategy & Planning - Studio & Communications, reports to the Senior Director, Marketing Strategy & Operations, and acts as a strategic partner to the Marketing Studio and Corporate Communications leadership team, working closely across all marketing functions, finance, and procurement to ensure coordinated operations supporting our company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive annual and quarterly planning processes, including budget and headcount planning, and strategic project prioritization.
  • Define key priorities, resource needs, and project timelines with senior leaders, and establish and track performance against success metrics.
  • Drive operational rigor and process improvements, ensure proactive communication with stakeholders, and manage staff call agendas, team offsite agendas, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Serve as a key liaison between The Studio and marketing teams to ensure alignment and communication, and work with external agency partners as needed to scale creative efforts.
  • Assist with developing frameworks to analyze Brand performance and creative impact, proactively identifying opportunities and using data-driven insights to prioritize initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance and Field Marketing to manage budgets, including planning, forecasting, and ensuring funds are utilized correctly, with proactive reporting to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to ensure timely contract execution and streamline communication and workflows between departments.
  • Lead coordination of complex, cross-functional, global initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and providing proactive updates on progress.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Analytics team to ensure data accuracy in reporting and collaborate with Studio and Corporate Communications leaders to define business requirements for dashboards and innovations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Marketing Strategy & Planning, Creative & Studio, Marketing Analytics, or similar roles at a B2B, SaaS company.
  • 4+ years of experience managing marketing budgets and resource allocation.
  • Strong understanding of key drivers of business and marketing strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills, including performance data analysis, trend identification, and impact measurement.
  • Proven experience supporting execution within a high-growth, global company.
  • Exceptional structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective collaboration across functions and geographically distributed teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • BS/BA or equivalent educational qualification.

  • Experience working with global teams and complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and dashboard development.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
