About the Role

The Manager of Digital Analytics will deliver actionable insights that drive smarter prioritization, real-time optimization, and continuous improvement across the digital customer experience. This individual will leverage customer behavior analytics to power decision-making, uncover friction points and identify strategic growth opportunities. They will partner closely with Site Strategy, Site Merchandising, Digital Marketing and Customer Analytics to enable data-informed planning and performance acceleration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver behavioral insights that inform strategy, optimize customer journeys, and improve site KPIs.
  • Define, monitor, and evolve core KPIs tied to site performance, engagement, and conversion.
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools to monitor site health and performance trends.
  • Track key site metrics (conversion rate, bounce rate, add-to-cart, CTR, funnel progression) and proactively surface friction points and opportunities.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on site experiences, such as underperforming PLPs, PDP engagement, and search exits.
  • Drive insights that inform conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, identifying actionable levers to improve customer engagement and site outcomes.
  • Support strategic prioritization by sizing opportunities and recommending actions based on customer behavior patterns.
  • Partner with Site Merchandising, UX, and Site Strategy teams to integrate insights into planning and optimization cycles.
  • Advocate for analytics-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure strong data quality and governance through regular audits and partnership with IT and Digital Product teams.
  • Continuously evolve analytics processes, reporting tools, and best practices to scale insights delivery.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital analytics, web analytics, or site performance analysis.
  • Expertise in digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Contentsquare, or similar).
  • Strong skills in dashboarding and reporting (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce customer behavior metrics, funnel optimization, and CRO strategies.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Experience with corporate data platform and architecture (Snowflake) and articulating complex data processes to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong collaboration skills; experience working with Site Merchandising, UX, and Marketing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with additional analytics tools or platforms.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
  • Experience working in a fashion or retail eCommerce environment.
