About the Role

The Manager, Omni Channel Experience at Old Navy oversees the business-as-usual in-season pipeline, collaborating across teams to execute and deliver seasonal product strategies and customer experiences. The role involves managing overlapping seasonal timelines, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring effective communication and coordination among stakeholders to support the company's mission to democratize fashion and create accessible, high-quality style for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a reliable presence of authority, accountability, and foresight over the in-season work for the online team through consistent habits that embody efficiency in delivering results.
  • Coordinate with pipeline stakeholders to calendar recurring seasonal milestones and deliverables, proactively scheduling touchpoints to avoid last-minute work.
  • Manage project meetings with clear agendas, develop presentation materials, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and track decisions, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
  • Act as a key solution-finder for project-blockers and issues related to program engagement, timelines, and deliverables, managing expectations as targets change.
  • Maintain effective cross-functional partnerships with leads from Marketing, Merchandise Planning, Pricing, Commercial Planning, Inventory Management, and Tech teams.
  • Collaborate to define roles and responsibilities, secure alignment, and address conflicts early and candidly.
  • Support and implement new process development for planning programs and adapting to change while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Create clear and effective project documentation to facilitate meetings and record-keeping, utilizing collaborative cloud tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Drive progress with a customer-centric approach, paying attention to detail in customer experience.
  • Embody the company's Values-Based Leadership Behaviors to ensure the manner of work is aligned with organizational values.

Requirements

  • Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and anticipate next steps.
  • Strong ability to work under stress, prioritize tasks, and maintain calmness.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for problem-solving, deep diving into issues.
  • Supportive nature with the ability to acknowledge challenges with vulnerability.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in ecommerce program management.
  • Experience in CPG, FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, or Apparel verticals.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with project management tools such as M365, AirTable, Sharepoint, Confluence, Miro.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce program management.
  • Experience in CPG, FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, or Apparel industries.
