Manager, Partnership - Escalation Program Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and lead escalations received from Leadership and sellers, working across appropriate teams to research and develop solutions.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive informed decision-making and ensure resolution of critical issues.
• Oversee and conduct gap analyses to evaluate and develop process improvements based on escalation findings.
• Collaborate with teams across the company to leverage processes, increase service and product capabilities, and recommend adjustments to leadership.
• Build strong relationships with team members and business partners, working collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives.
• Create clear write-ups with stakeholder alignment and update leadership accordingly.
• Track escalation action items to bring closure with a bias for action.
• Develop project management plans to guide project execution and control.
• Bring stakeholders together to ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, issues, risks, dependencies, and change management strategies.
• Identify, address, and track issues, assessing their impact and resolving them.
• Interpret data, craft narratives from insights, and identify strategic directions based on data-driven insights.
• Lead meetings by setting context, guiding conversations, and steering meeting outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven ability to use data analysis for informed decision-making.
• Proven track record in executing inventory-related projects.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Analytics, and Business Operations teams.
• Ability to influence outcomes and drive consensus across multiple levels.
• Experience in Agile project management and applying Agile principles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage ambiguity.
• Detail-oriented approach when engaging with key stakeholders.
• Bachelor degree in business or related field OR 2 years' experience in business or related area.
