About the Role

Anywhere Leads is a lead generation group within the Anywhere organization. The role of Manager, Partnership Growth involves developing meaningful relationships with partners, identifying new partnership opportunities, managing existing partnerships, and working cross-functionally to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships, overseeing the entire lifecycle from contract negotiation to program launch and ongoing expansion.
  • Leverage extensive experience to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Utilize strategic insights to identify high-impact growth and upsell opportunities within existing partnerships.
  • Develop and execute plans to capitalize on these opportunities, driving measurable revenue outcomes and increasing overall lead volume and sales conversion.
  • Collaborate directly with key stakeholders to align business objectives and foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Lead virtual and in-person meetings, conferences, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Coordinate across internal leadership to reinforce partnership success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor program activities and drive continuous improvement across strategic initiatives.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance partnership performance.
  • Partner internally with teams in operations, legal, finance, product development, and marketing to maximize opportunities within the partnership ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience cultivating and managing high-level strategic partnerships across industries such as real estate, technology, and financial services.
  • Demonstrated history of driving revenue growth within a partner ecosystem, successfully identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Ability to lead complex multi-departmental initiatives, balancing the needs of diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong project management, executive presence, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to move complex deals forward across multiple stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset to identify trends and opportunities, coupled with the willingness to execute tactical tasks and operationalize partnerships.
  • Comfort in navigating shifting market conditions and evolving business landscapes while maintaining focus on long-term objectives.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products with deep understanding of PowerPoint.
