About the Role

The Analytics Manager will serve as the subject matter expert for pharmacy analytics and the bridge between it and health care related data sets. They will manage the quality, insights and distribution of reporting for Rx Plus and Expedien Rx pharmacies, the two largest outpatient pharmacy operations in the health system. The role involves building insights and modeling to support a comprehensive view of the consumer and the lifetime value of a patient. This position reports to the Vice President: Ambulatory Pharmacy Strategy and manages the Analytics Specialist team. Key Responsibilities

Support and inform the strategic analytics vision for corporate pharmacy teams.
Direct, guide, and support the analytics team to collect digital metrics from various pharmacy-related clinical, operational, and financial systems.
Analyze findings and make specific recommendations based on data insights.
Identify and recommend advanced data analytics techniques and measurement solutions to demonstrate value and effectiveness of digital activities.
Collect, compile, and synthesize data to develop and understand KPIs and success thresholds.
Work closely with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to leverage digital technologies for business process improvements and strategic support.
Participate in developing decision-support systems that demonstrate digital effectiveness and support digital marketing efforts.
Develop data-driven strategies to support digital growth planning.
Communicate data insights clearly in written and oral formats to key decision makers.
Advise on measurement and analysis of digital projects during implementation.
Lead coordination of data management and systems training for team members on relevant applications.
Strive to achieve unparalleled data insight in pharmacy to position AdventHealth as an industry leader in pharmacy analytics.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, Math, Business or a related field.
At least 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience in analytics, data management, or related roles.
Ability to communicate data clearly and work with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of digital metrics, KPIs, and measurement techniques.

Nice to Have

Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, Math, Business or a related field.
8 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree preferred or equivalent.
