Manager, Project Management (Product Owner)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity while ensuring tight timelines are maintained on all deliverables.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements and create clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of multiple projects within an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years SQL skills or other experience writing code in stored procedures/functions.
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Management Consulting.
• Experience using Rally, Jira, Confluence or other project management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business functions/projects.
• Able to learn complex concepts quickly and effectively communicate back to stakeholders.
• Healthcare, Compliance, Medicaid or Medicare experience.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and managing all stages of the product life cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
