About the Role

The Property Marketing Manager at JLL leads the development and execution of marketing strategies for commercial real estate properties, including buildings and land, to attract prospective occupants and developers. This role involves both marketing expertise and project management skills, with a focus on creating impactful campaigns, managing related projects, and supporting business development efforts within a company committed to shaping a better future through innovative real estate services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of property marketing strategies and play a significant role in the creative process for campaign development.
  • Provide creative guidance and make recommendations on enhancements to building/asset branding, positioning, messages, programs and technology.
  • Develop, implement, and track marketing plans and budgets, including objectives, timelines, media buys, and resources.
  • Create, present, and refine marketing strategies, plans, and ideas internally and to clients to secure feedback and approval.
  • Develop client event strategies and manage relationships with outside vendors for event execution.
  • Develop creative briefs to engage with creative teams and partners.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and other vendor services to promote properties.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Act as project manager for marketing tactics such as branding, brochures, direct mail, presentations, events, and environmental graphics.
  • Understand digital channels and develop strategies for social media, digital advertising, virtual tours, and events using JLL MarTech stack.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing deliverables for clients and internal teams.
  • Contribute to team-wide and corporate marketing initiatives.
  • Direct the design of deliverables across digital, print, and event mediums.
  • Support business development efforts by participating in pitches and promoting marketing strategies.
  • Support special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of marketing experience, with a preference for commercial real estate experience.
  • Outstanding project management and situational leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience translating business needs into marketing solutions.
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Assertive and deadline-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable conducting client presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail and graphic design sense.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suites.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Eloqua (preferred).
  • Ability to travel approximately 10-15%.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with marketing automation tools like Eloqua.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
