Manager - Reporting Analytics & Insights Development

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Apply expertise in data analysis, analytical tools, and stakeholder management to ensure efficient data management.
• Design, implement, and maintain reporting and analytical tools that yield actionable insights.
• Support multiple projects and initiatives concurrently, providing analytical perspectives and delivering high-quality work products on schedule.
• Leverage technology and data to improve health outcomes and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Visual Studio.
• Expert knowledge of SQL Data Technologies including SSIS and SSRS.
• Demonstrates resourcefulness in problem-solving and confidence in learning complex material.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and mathematical skills to interpret data and communicate effectively.
• Experience with multiple RDBMS such as Oracle, Teradata, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
• Ability to respond to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years experience with cloud-based systems (Azure / AWS / GCP).
• Experience using Databricks to manipulate data.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of business process improvement, project management, and quality practices.
• Proficiency with SQL Server 2014/2016 versions.
• Prior experience with PBM services, insurance, or healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
