About the Role

The Manager, Sales Predictive Analytics & Modeling at Rentokil North America is responsible for shaping the development, prioritization, and delivery of the US Pest Sales team's long-term plan by leveraging historical sales performance and analysis. The role involves developing sales forecasting and modeling to drive revenue and profit growth, supporting sales reporting, and working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams. The position requires maintaining a strong knowledge of the business, seasonality, and collaborating with leadership to ensure accurate sales performance measurement and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of forecasting models to project sales performance and other key sales operations metrics using advanced statistical or machine learning techniques.
  • Lead the annual strategic planning and development of sales bridges to meet company growth targets.
  • Develop and maintain accurate harmonized SQL and sales projection models.
  • Create processes of checks and balances and controls to ensure accurate data delivery in alignment with data governance definitions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales improvement and strategic growth.
  • Support the development of sales quotas (ISQs) for all US Pest sales colleagues and regional managers.
  • Own overall, high-level sales monthly performance review reporting and results, providing insights to drive actions.
  • Monitor, track, and report against key KPIs and sales initiatives on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Partner with sales leadership and other functional leaders to establish processes and drive improvements in sales forecasting accuracy.
  • Design, develop, and deliver new dashboards and reports to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Manage multiple large, complex data projects with cross-functional dependencies.
  • Collaborate with BI, leadership, and end users to manage scope and prioritize enterprise-level sales reporting projects.
  • Participate in workstreams and projects as the functional voice of enterprise sales reporting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of data/analytical experience, including 5+ years in sales, financial, or large budget management.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing growth tactics.
  • Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets, and SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree in business analytics, statistics, sales/marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with sales technology such as Salesforce.
  • Exceptional analytical, process development, and project management skills.
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence organizational stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of data governance and quality control principles.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and work independently.

Nice to Have

  • Internal OS experience (PestPac, Anaplan/Jedox).
  • Experience with visualization and data tech such as Qlik, GCP, BigQuery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business analytics, statistics, sales/marketing, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant data/analytical experience.
  • Experience with sales tech such as Salesforce.
