About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all briefs and forecasts for new projects; manage components, bulks, and raw materials needed for pilots and trials; ensure all stakeholders have needed items to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Update and maintain project tracking tools in Smartsheet; create project timelines with Critical Path callouts; track projects from innovation to production with final handoff at the end of First Production.
• Prepare, submit, and ensure on-time completion of RFP and line trial quotes and tooling authorization forms; gather quotes for change parts from engineering and maintain trackers for finance.
• Coordinate line times/dates for trials with scheduling and customer operations; communicate upcoming line trials to stakeholders to minimize production disruption.
• Prepare line trial packets with all necessary documentation; ensure completion of all line trial documentation by internal teams; gather information from engineering and quality teams.
• Send finished good samples to customers after trial completion as per line trial form requirements.
• Lead project update meetings, providing accurate updates and critical information; communicate decisions and dates clearly; follow up on outstanding issues.
• Drive on-time project delivery by following up with stakeholders on outstanding information or deliverables.
• Complete briefs, forecasts, line trial quotes, SOPs, WIs, and other paperwork according to company policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer product information, budgetary data, and other sensitive information.
• Exhibit regular attendance and work outside normal hours as needed; perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management, operations management, or related field is strongly preferred; in lieu of a degree, equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of training/experience in project management.
• Experience with planning and requirement phases from a Project Management perspective, including developing project plans, refining scope, and leading teams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, FDA Good Manufacturing Practices, OSHA Safety Requirements, and Microsoft Project or other project planning tools.
• Skill in problem-solving, prioritizing work, and negotiating effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve difficult situations, adapt to change, develop relationships, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to groups; detail-oriented; organized; quick and efficient with short deadlines.
• Ability to operate a computer, wear PPE when needed, and identify critical information.

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management tools beyond Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
