Manager, Tech Project Management- Global Servicing Technology

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drives coordinated teams in the delivery of the roadmap defined for the ISP Program, working closely with Technical project managers, product owners, architects, engineers, and quality assurance.
• Partners with Product Capabilities team(s) to develop roadmaps for end-to-end scope of product capabilities within a portfolio.
• Coordinates execution of development projects from initiation through release, using SDLC methodologies and Agile/Scrum concepts.
• Manages large-scale test strategies, test planning, and execution across multiple scrum teams.
• Creates presentations for leadership and tracks project plans using Excel sheets and Confluence pages.
• Works within and across business and technology teams to prioritize, plan, and complete development schedules for major product releases from an end-to-end perspective.
• Facilitates technical program discussions related to architecture and system design, and documents solutions.
• Plans change management activities and defines release management plans.
• Identifies and addresses complex inter-team technical dependencies and bridges gaps in technical management experience.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, audit, and data governance requirements.
• Manages team velocity, financials, and other critical metrics, and maintains dependency plans across sprints.
• Handles delivery impediments, risks, issues, and change management activities.
• Tracks iteration progress, KPIs, and supports issue resolution to meet iteration commitments.
• Mentors and guides Technical Project Managers, Agile Champions, and team members.
• Provides executive updates on program health to key leaders.
• Willing to work with all teams from an end-to-end perspective, including backend teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 8-10 years of technical project management experience.
• Experience managing Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions.
• Excellent test management skills and experience with test management tools.
• Advanced skills in creating PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports.
• Experience managing project budgets and reporting using Rally, JIRA, and Agile delivery platforms.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively across third parties and technical teams.
• Ability to clarify objectives, deal with ambiguity, advocate for simplification, and influence teams.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and pride in developing working software.

Nice to Have

• Proven ability to work independently and make key project decisions.
• Experience leading change in dynamic, ambiguous environments and influencing without direct authority.
• Track record of implementing innovative changes and risk-taking.
• Over 8 years of software project management experience, including Agile methodologies.
• Experience using Rally and creating dashboards for reporting progress.

Qualifications

• Educational background in computer science, engineering, or related field (preferred).
