About the Role
We're hiring a strategic and hands-on Business Solutions Consultant for the Marketing and Advertising Services team within Cognizant's Moment practice. In this role, you would be part of the global team of Marketing and Content specialists known for envisaging and delivering solutions that unite the best of creativity and technology. This particular team is designed to compete with marketing and advertising agencies, to compete by delivering a new generation of differentiated solutions to CMOs and their teams. Cognizant Moment reinvents experience in an AI-enabled world. The Marketing and Advertising team within Moment is a disruptor in the marketing space by combining proven marketing strategy and creative skills with deep technology and engineering capabilities, focusing on modern, dynamic, personalized, and global marketing and advertising experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft solutions in response to early-stage client conversations and RFPs, developing marketing and advertising solutions and proposals individually and as a team.
- Lead new solution deliveries by land engagement after client buy-in, oversee initial delivery, and gradually reduce involvement while maintaining oversight and accountability.
- Refine and standardize offers by incorporating client feedback and ensuring core solutioning materials are standardized and centralized for use across teams.
- Lead marketing specialists across competencies and service lines, nurturing the network of sales and solution experts to build and deliver innovative marketing and advertising solutions.
Requirements
- Deep experience in marketing and advertising, including within agencies and facing senior marketing clients on large-scale deliveries and pitches.
- Experience working in or adjacent to large, complex global consultancy organizations with sophisticated technology capabilities and broad client bases.
- Understanding of what good looks like in marketing and advertising, including the value of strategic and creative capabilities.
- Proven expertise and passion for progressive marketing strategies, Martech, AI (for strategy, orchestration, and creative development), and new technology.
- Excitement about disrupting the status quo and developing solutions that challenge conventional agency offerings.
- Experience leading clients through solutions with accountability for accounts and client deliveries.
- Ability to be the key decision maker, controlling the narrative of solutions, keeping projects on track, and ensuring commitments are met.
Nice to Have
- Experience in developing and implementing innovative marketing and advertising solutions that leverage AI and new technologies.
- Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and nurturing a network of experts.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing and advertising, including agency experience or senior client-facing roles.
- Experience in or adjacent to large, complex global consultancy organizations.
- Proficiency with marketing strategies, Martech, and AI technologies.
